Building a strong and effective team (or any relationship for that matter), requires a strong understanding of yourself and of others. When we do, we go from tolerating to celebrating our differences instead.

Over the years, Caroline has done many psychometric assessments during her career and with her business (Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), DiSC, Enneagram, True Colors, etc. It wasn’t until she did the DISC training with Personality Insights Inc. and JJ Brun that she had a profound realization about herself. The training goes beyond the four letters and about labelling ourselves. Additional drill-down exercises were also conducted to highlight behavioural patterns that gave Caroline her big A-ha moment. Caroline knew this would be valuable training she could provide her clients, and she was signed up to be a certified trainer. Caroline was privileged to learn from Dr. Robert A. Rohm and be mentored by JJ Brun (the Retired Spy). She is certified in level 1 and level 2, and she is scheduled to be a master trainer before long.

After a half-day training session with a government team, the Director exclaimed that she had done the “DISC” training several times before, and this was the first time she understood it so clearly! Thank you Caroline!!!

What is DISC?

DISC is a behavioural assessment tool based on the work of psychologist William Moulton Marston. It categorizes behaviour into four primary personality traits: Direct, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. By understanding these traits, individuals can gain insights into their own behaviour and that of others, leading to more effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building.

1. DISC Assessments

This DISC assessment is ASI Certified

DISC Personality Reports are distinguished by offering the following important features:

  • Your report will not label you in a simplistic manner. Many reports on the market give feedback based on only the 4 major personality traits. Your profile goes much further by emphasizing your unique BLEND of traits. Our technology is based on 41 specific blends of personality traits. Therefore, you get in-depth feedback while still having the advantage of the easily understood DISC model.
  • You will not be labeled as having particular weaknesses or “blind-spots.” No assumptions will be made about areas that you need to grow in. Instead, we identify areas to consider in order to be your best without being critical. This is, perhaps, the most unique aspect of our approach.
  • We offer high value in the quality of the feedback given. We know that there is a wide range of prices available for personality reports in the market. Our approach is to offer reports that are both positive and practical, so we have invested heavily into our report processor system. Our content database is very extensive and has required many years to develop. Thus, our focus has not been to have the lowest price products. 2. DISC InterACTION Report

This DISC feature allows you to obtain a report for any two participants to learn about each other and receive tips on how to work effectively together. It is a great tool to help individuals who seem at odds with each other to understand each other better and learn ways to collaborate. 3. Team Charts and Report

Team Charts allow you to plot a group of people on one chart to get an at-a-glance view of their personality styles. The Team Report includes a view of both graphs (Environmental Style (What others tend to see) and Basic Style (Who they are inside) for each employee with a clickable link to each individual report.
